Anita Gouveia brings over 20 years of experience in Organizational Development and Learning & Development to Development Reimagined. She’s known for crafting inclusive learning strategies, leading high-impact leadership programs, and coaching professionals across multiple industries. Anita thrives on challenging outdated models and calling out the development fluff that gets in the way of real growth. Outside of her day job, she chairs the Peel–Halton Chapter of the Institute for Performance and Learning, helping elevate L&D professionals in her community. She’s also passionate about improv, long walks, and of course… good podcasts.
Chin: The Strategist Who Reimagines from the Outside In
Chinwe Grace Jones is a leadership strategist and the creator of several trust-centered programs—including Connected, Amplify, Elevate, and HIGHER—each designed to close trust gaps and elevate team potential at every level. For over two decades, Chin has helped thousands of leaders and teams uncover their brilliance, improve performance, and transform the way they work together. She’s known for her deep listening, sharp insights, and ability to turn everyday workplace challenges into powerful leadership breakthroughs. Her past work includes co-hosting the Leader’s Fireside Chat podcast and developing The Four Elements of Life, a self-coaching audio program. Chin believes trust is the invisible thread that binds teams—and she’s here to help L&D leaders reimagine how we build it.
